I built a frictionless maintenance service where the core UX is defined by automated logic chains rather than app downloads. Using n8n and SQL, I architected a system that meets technicians where they live (WhatsApp) while giving admins a high-governance dashboard to manage automated inventory, task escalations, and performance data.
I led the design of an enterprise platform for a GCC based consultancy, unifying workload management, resource planning, and financial visibility into one system.
By replacing fragmented workflows with a shared operational layer, the platform enables teams to plan, allocate, and track project profitability with clarity and speed.
I explored how AI and ML can enhance complex CAD workflows by identifying moments of repetition, cognitive load, and inefficiency.
Through research and workflow analysis, I designed concepts for an assistive intelligence layer that predicts user intent, surfaces relevant actions, and reduces manual effort while preserving user control.
Redesigning how users understand and recover from errors in complex CAD systems, where failures are interconnected and difficult to trace.
The solution introduces a single source of truth for all issues, transforming fragmented feedback into a guided system that enables faster diagnosis, clearer prioritization, and confident resolution.
